Membrane dress is a self-initiated fashion project.
The design of this dress is based on the idea of architectural membranes and tensile structures applied in a woman’s garment. The project involves studies of hard edge boundary conditions and flexible membranes in-between made of stretched fabric. Also, the idea of a parametric component proliferated across the body adapting to its curves and varied surfaces makes the garment look coherent and integrated.
